The concert dedicated to the memory of the victims of Khojaly was held in Latvia.
On February 26, 2024, a memorial concert dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of Khojaly tragedy was held at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Music Academy.
In tribute to the memory of the innocent victims of Khojaly genocide Latvian musicians performed classical music pieces of prominent composers of Azerbaijan, Latvia and other countries.
